Job Description

Supervise administrative staff to ensure performance.
Manage agendas/ appointments/ travel arrangements etc.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and book keeping procedures.
Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
Proven experience as an office assistant and administrator or relevant role.
Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software systems (ERP)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantages.
Small marketing activities in supervision
