Designation: Receptionist

Receptionist is the first point of contact with the Guests. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting guests, administration of office, billing, guest queries,settlement of bills etc

Eligibility Criteria:B.COM,M.COM from 2018 - 2019 Batches

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:-

Presentable smiling personality
Should be adept at speaking with doctors and patients
Should have a good understanding of tally,accounts
Knowledge of computer
Knowledge of general administrative activities
Fluency & Communication skills in English is Must
Customer service skills
Information collection and management
Handling calls
Complete co-ordination with internal Departments
Should be able to handle logistics
