Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 0- 2 years
Shift timings: 6 AM to 2 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM
Job Location: Bangalore.
Job description
· Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
· Ensuring excellent hospitality to all walk-ins.
· Excellent communication skills, should be knowing English, Kannada, Hindi.
· Answer, screen, forward and record incoming phone calls
· Customer Handling skills, multitasking skills and good time-management skills.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Update calendars and schedule meetings
