Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Maintain Visitors Entry / Exit log on Note.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Receive, sort and distribute daily Post / deliveries.
Ensure housekeeping works done for office area clean and presentable on a daily basis.
