We are looking for Female Candidate for the Position of Receptionist with following responsibilities to handling incoming calls properly and note the calls in a register and inform to the concernd officials immediately for their follow-up.
Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Keep updated records of Front office Books
· Handling Vendor database maintenance.
· Handling incoming call & facebook calls
· Handling Subscriber Database and Incoming/outgoing calls
