Job Description
Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests
· Answer all incoming calls and resolve the queries.
· Adhere to the Operations SOP.
· Maintain the Service Standards as Defined for the Center.
· Coordination and Support between Clinical Team and Clients.
· Streamline Appointment Process.
· Conversion and retention of Clients.
· Maintain Records and Report’s.
· Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
· Keep updated records and files
· Ensure Feed Back System in Place.
· Maintain Daily Appointment Status with Updates
· Ensure all rosters are followed.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
· Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
· Coordination for center activities.
· Support in Seminars and workshops arranged in-house .
· Maintain full confidentiality of Center Information.
· Inform Management about any adverse events.
Requirements
· Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
· Hands on Experience in dealing with Clients.
· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
· Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
· Proficient in English (oral and written)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
· Strong communication and people skills
· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Problem-solving skills
· Customer service orientation
