Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person in the office.
- Answering, Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary such as pens, forms, brochures.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily deliveries /couriers
- Maintaining attendance record
- Arranging calls for interviews with the prospective candidates for the HR
- Ensuring stationary supplies in the entire office and recording expenses for the same.
- Uploading inn and outs of the sales and marketing personnel on the google drive
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a receptionist
- Bachelor’s degree or high school degree with some equivalent experience
- Good Communication skills
- Polite and professional
- Excellent organizational skills
