Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive in our Gurgaon office who is service-minded, positive, and would like to undertake a wide range of service tasks.
Customer oriented and service-minded:
- Welcome and greet visitors in person or on the telephone
- Responsible for managing Incoming and Outgoing calls on the board line
- Manging receipt and dispatch of mail/courier services
- Maintaining office Instruments/stationary (fax machine, printer etc) & other office coordination
- Closely monitoring and supervising housekeeping staff
- Updating newspaper/periodicals
You have completed Bachelors in any discipline & possess good knowledge of computer operating skills & MS Office.
Fresher upto 1 year experience preferred.
Additionally you can say yes to the following:
- Independent and able to make decisions
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Positive attitude and an adaptable team player
- Excellent communication skills in English language both orally and in writing
Please note that we will conduct the interviews on an ongoing basis.
