Job Description
Primary responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and handle enquiries on behalf of the company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make them seated.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Arrange appointments, send email and texts.
- Perform basic book-keeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and reply to messages.
- Update leads on google sheets, which are received on mail every day.
- Generating invoices and making note of the invoice no.’s.
- Timely payment of monthly bills.
- Keeping a record of all the bills and expenses.
- Collecting the GST data from the bills and invoices every month and forwarding the same to CA.
- Doing minimal bank jobs like depositing cash, cheque, challan etc.
- Whenever required, go to the Developer’s office to submit invoices and receive cheques on behalf of the company.
