Job Description
Front desk responsibilities
· Answer all incoming call and redirect them to the concerned or keep messages.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
· Manage all incoming and outgoing physical mail/couriers etc.
· Monitor office supplies (stationary etc.) and place orders when necessary
· Keep updated records of all AMC’s of office equipments .
· Keep updated records and files.
· Supervising security and housekeeping team and manage their attendance.
· Assist HR & Admin as and when necessary.
Skills Required:
· Presentable and good communication skills
· Proficient in Hindi and English
· Basic Computer Knowledge
· Should possess basic office etiquettes.
· The candidate must exhibit high energy.
· Minimum Experience of 3-4 years.
