JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION
- Fitness Consultant and Front Desk Executive
- Duties to be performed:
- Handle incoming calls
- Greet everyone who comes in the front door
- Check in on members and verify memberships
- Register guests and collect fees
- Promote, register and collect all fees for:
- All special events
- Actively sell pro shop merchandise
- Handle membership payments, cancellations
- Keeps desk and lobby neat and clean at all times
- Be responsible for security of self and others
- Follow-up on any impending memberships
- Billing
