Job Description for Front Office Executive / Receptionist:
We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office, manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Receptionist Job Duties:
· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
· Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
· Confirm appointments and meeting over the call
· Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
· Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment
· Handling the courier related work over the call and mail.
Requirement
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
· The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
· Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
· Should have good Organizational skills
· The candidate should process Strong customer service skills
· The candidate having proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.
