Job Description
Designation: Receptionist cum Office Assistant
Experience: Fresher’s can apply.
Salary: 8-15K
Job Responsibilities:
- To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.
- To answer queries of the visitor and provide required information to them.
- To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department/division.
- To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures.
- To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, employees, candidates etc.
- Managing couriers (Inward and Outward)
- Booking flight & trains ticket as per instruction by HR department.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Minimum High school degree.
