• A Leading Financial Services Provider company is looking for a Receptionist position at an office/administrative support position.

Responsibilities Assumed:

• Managing office guests
  
• Receiving and managing telephone calls
  
• Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis
  
• Scheduling and maintaining appointments
  
• Coordinating and organizing meetings
  
• Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.
  
• Coordinating with HR Department for interviews
  
• Assisting HR in organizing internal events
  
• Any other task assigned by Senior Management
  
• Provide any other office support services

• Good time management and multi-tasking skills

• Candidate Experience:1-3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree in any field
