Job Description
- Attending to the phone, welcoming the patients helping them by providing Basic
- Coordinating with Admin
- Tracking daily the patients entry and maintain the MIS
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Record keeping of daily outbound & inbound couriers
- Maintaining petty cash & Cash Management
- Maintenance of daily attendance Muster
- Ensure there is proper Complaint Handling
- Helping customers to make the right choice.
- Basic Housekeeping checklist and Basic clinic model and plan
- Variation in stock levels, Ordering style, Physical stock check and crosscheck, stock
- sheet filling
- Guiding the patient with the right information
- Maintain the proper database of the patient , products, Appointment Diary Management Hygiene/Housekeeping, AMC of Equipment’s, Couriers & Dispatch Etc.
