Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for manning the reception area. Working hours might even extend occasionally during events and workshop.
- They will also be responsible for receiving inbound calls made to institute and transferring the calls to the respective department.
- Should be presentable and have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi).
Following are the skills expected for the job
- Good communications skills in English (written / spoken) and Hindi (spoken). Any other vernacular languages known would be an added benefit.
- Should be passionate about music. If he/she is musician then that would be added advantage.
- Should be an extrovert personality.
- Must have experience of working on emails, Google sheets, Microsoft excel, Microsoft.
- Should have an eye for detail, must be quick in observing changes & must possess a passionate attitude towards learning new things.
Work Timings and related information
- 5 days’ work week (Sunday & Monday is off)
- Timing- 11.00 am – 7:00 pm.
- Candidate might have to extend their work hours depending on the business need and situation.
