Job Description
  • He/she is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient end-to-end processing of applications to our clients.
  • Admin and sales assistance to the counselors.
  • Follow up leads and contacts to maximize student applications submitted and finalize enrolments, data entry, and manage files.
  • Attend to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing reception occasionally including responding to and redirecting queries where required.

Skills & Education
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in the international education industry.
  • Strong Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office environment, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel
