Job Description
- Daily Attendance Report- Daily attendance report generation for Incoming and Outgoing calls
- Monthly Attendance Report- To coordinate with concern department and create Monthly Attendance Report of office and site
- Policy Management- To keep track record of Late punching, Absenteeism, Leaves, out duty on daily and monthly basis.
- Data Maintenance- To maintain Leave applications, Work Travel Notes, Local/Touring filled/ other forms
- Incoming & Outgoing calls- To attend & manage all incoming & outgoing calls & coordinate
- Cleanliness- To monitor cleanliness, necessary arrangements and management of Reception area & conference room.
- Register Maintenance- To create and maintain attendance register (Form-12), Courier, Visitors, Bills and other misc. registers.
- Travel & Tickets- To arrange air/railway tickets per policy, coordinate touring plan and maintain record
- Courier Management- Courier entries, coordination and record keeping
- Extension list- List updation with email and contact detail of staff members and its circulation
- DAR/ WPU- DAR/WPU record keeping daily/monthly, creation of Compliance report and its monthly circulation.
- Bills Management- Maintain CPD working and coordination per SOP
- Idea Bills- Idea monthly bills checking, its verification and related misc. activities
