Job Description
- Front desk executive should be assist with day to day running of the SALON.
- And scheduling appointments for all stylists who work in a SALON is the main job duty of a receptionist.
- They must welcome guests upon entering the salon & always assist all guests and other staff members.
- Being able to answer questions about Salon services and products is also an important aspect of the position.
- Calling to confirm appointments and folding towels may also be part of a salon receptionist's duties.
- Ability to maintain standards, policies and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Guests and Staff members.
- Fluency in English Hindi and Marathi language.
- Ability to multi task.
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft Windows / Excel working knowledge.
- Spa / Salon booking & rostering software knowledge
