Job Description
· Handling clients and their documentation.
· Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
· Handling petty cash - Able to handle office stationery, Pantry stock, arrange inside office meetings, etc
· Other kinds of support staff handling work and office and staff management
· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
· Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
· Maintain office filing and storage systems
· Inward and outward Preparing letters and report in word and excel
· Maintain leave and personnel records
