Job Description
Receptionist/Front Desk:
- Using computer applications
- Front Office
- Answering telephones / Tele Calling
- Welcoming patients
- Updating and filing patient medical records
- Coding and filling out insurance forms
- Scheduling appointments
- Arranging for hospital admissions and laboratory services
- Handling correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping
- Instructing patients about medication and special diets
- Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Positive Attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office & Internet Application.
- Must have Good Communication skills in English & Tamil*
- Soft spoken with Good Look
