Job Overview
A Receptionist Front Desk is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling the inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk. This role requires an excellent communication, organizational skills, and a professional attitude.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office appearance by keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming.
Handle routine office inquiries and provide information to employees, clients, and visitors.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Support other departments with various clerical and administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
