Job Description
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations efficiently while ensuring a warm and professional experience for all visitors, clients, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle daily courier and mail services — incoming and outgoing.
Assist in managing visitor access, ID cards, and logbooks for security purposes.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up as required.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist HR and Admin teams with event coordination or internal communication when needed.
Maintain a professional attitude and ensure excellent customer service for all guests and employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Punctual, organized, and professional in appearance and behavior.
