Job Description
Female (20-30age)
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Hospitality

Greet all visitors, clients, and employees courteously as they arrive at the front desk or reception area.

Determine the purpose of the visit and guide or direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Ensure a pleasant and professional experience for all walk-in guests.

Offer refreshments or seating when required and inform internal staff of guest arrivals.
Call Management
-
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Handle basic queries and provide accurate information regarding company services, office hours, or directions.

Take messages or notes and ensure timely delivery to concerned staff members.

Maintain an up-to-date directory of staff and departments for call routing.
Front Desk Administration

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
-
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail.

Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols for entry.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, or conference room bookings.
Administrative & Support Duties

Provide basic administrative support to HR, Admin, or other departments as required.

Maintain files, records, and front-desk registers in an orderly manner.

Update contact lists, extension sheets, or front-desk-related documents.

Monitor office supplies and inform procurement team of required items.
Coordination Tasks

Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, or support staff to ensure the front-office area remains tidy and well-maintained.

Coordinate with IT or facility teams for any reception-related equipment issues.

Help support internal events, interviews, or office meetings (if required).
Key Skills:

Communication: Clear, polite, and professional verbal and written communication in English and/or regional language

Presentation: Neat appearance, well-groomed, and positive body language

Multitasking: Ability to handle calls, visitors, and admin work simultaneously

Organization: Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks

Basic Computer Literacy: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet browsing, and using office equipment (phones, printers, scanners)
