Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Front Office Management is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, customer service executive, or administrative assistant.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Polite, clear, and professional telephone etiquette.

Confident in interacting with visitors, clients, and senior management.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to operate telephone systems, printers, and office equipment

Familiarity with Google Calendar or appointment scheduling software is an advantage
