OptiHaven Eye Clinic & Optics, Punawale, Pune
We are looking for a female Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our eye clinic.
Job Timings10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and assisting patients
Managing appointments and patient registrations
Handling phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Maintaining patient records and billing
Coordinating with the doctor and clinic staff
Managing basic front-desk and administrative work
Assisting with optical shop-related customer queries when required
Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
Basic computer knowledge
Marathi and Hindi communication preferred
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, optical store, or front-desk role will be an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Job Type: Part-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
