Job Description

Only female preferred, call and send emails to our partners all over in India and explain them about our programs and services. Reply to all emails and backend process work, fluent in English, MS office skills are required, timing from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management

    • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.

    • Provide accurate information regarding the organization’s services, directions, or points of contact.

    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Visitor and Call Handling

    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

    • Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures and issue visitor passes.

    • Notify appropriate staff members of guest arrivals.

  • Administrative Support

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    • Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary.

    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Record Keeping

    • Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and incoming communications.

    • Keep logs of phone calls, courier deliveries, and office maintenance requests.

    • Update contact lists and employee directories as required.

  • Clerical Tasks

    • Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and data entry.

    • Assist with filing documents and maintaining filing systems—both digital and physical.

    • Support HR, administration, or accounts teams with ad hoc tasks when needed.

  • Customer Service

    • Handle inquiries and complaints with tact and escalate complex issues to the concerned departments.

    • Ensure guests or customers feel welcomed and attended to during their visit or call.

    • Manage conference room setups and refreshments for meetings, if required.

  • Office Coordination

    • Liaise with housekeeping, security, and IT support for front office upkeep and maintenance.

    • Coordinate minor facility issues like lighting, air conditioning, or seating arrangements.

  • Compliance and Confidentiality

    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

    • Follow organizational protocols for safety, hygiene, and guest security.
