Job Description

Client: We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,000 employees.

  • Job Location:- Head Office (Alambagh, Lucknow)
  • Working hours:- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • Salary:- Rs. 12,000-20,000/- per month (negotiation is only depends on interview, skills and interview.)

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Candidate should be a married woman and should be residing in the nearby areas of Alambagh, Lucknow. 
  • Candidate must not be more than 38 years of age.
  • At least 1 Year of work exp as Receptionist, Front Desk or other related profiles OR exp in Teaching in any recognized institute.
  • Must speak good English.
  • Good command on MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree, BA/MA in English or MBA will prefer.

Job role and responsibilities:-

  • Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and guide them to meet with appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
