JOB DESCRIPTION – RECEPTIONISTCompany: Vigor FitnessPosition: ReceptionistExperience: 0–1 YearSalary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per monthJob Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities.1.Manage front-desk operations and welcome members and visitors.2.Handle phone calls, enquiries, and basic customer queries.3.Maintain member records, attendance, and other administrative records.4. Manage appointments and follow-ups.5. Maintain daily reports and documentation.6.Coordinate with trainers and management when required.7.Ensure the reception area is organized.8.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Required Skills 1.Must be proficient in MS Excel. 2.Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3.Good organizational and time-management skills.4.
