- To be the first point of contact in the premise....managing associate attendance book
- Handling phone calls.
- Managing the telephone message system
- Proactively responding to the inquiries of staff and providing necessary information.
- Maintaining, sorting and distributing letters/couriers/post
- To provide admission kits to the students/parents.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To Assist the office in day to day work
- Report daily activity of office to Boss(USA)
