  • Receiving and making phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Computer skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, Good emailing skills, soft spoken, pleasant personality, good telecommunication skills.
  • To keep record of calls received and calls made and submit monthly report in excel sheet for review.
  • Answer to client’s question or any enquiry call into register.To maintain excel sheet as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Scanning the visit report and save to respective folders of experts Shooting 
  • To schedule interactions of clients with the Chairman or MD.Proper filing of Reports/Feedback forms etc. received from client.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Managers from time to time.
