Job Profile:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Screening phone calls
• Arranging for travel, visas and accommodation for all official business trips..
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
• Liaise with various departments
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

• Smart personality with excellent verbal and written communication.
  
• Proficiency in MS office, Multi-tasking, Ability to do draft basic Mails and good telephonic etiquette required
  
•  Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure
