Job Description

We are looking out for someone who could handle our front desk(Reception) and take care of other admin related activities.

Keeping records of incoming & outgoing calls.
Answering inquiries and directing them appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor’s arrival, and maintaining telecommunications system.
Maintaining files of different types i.e. follow-ups
Maintaining registers for inward and outward couriers
Interview and Visitor Co-Ordination
