Job Description
- Managing customers walking in.
- Assisting in daily activities of the coaching centre Directors.
- Providing information about the visitors and giving information about the coaching to customers.
- Visiting site with the faculty as and when required.
- Checking the mails frequently.
- Maintaining of accounts and other materials related and told by the MD.
- To make sure the water bottles and the flower vase in the reception area are changed daily.
- To make sure the organization brochures, Product Brochures & Annual report are placed in the reception area.
- To ensure the daily functioning is kept upto the mark on the daily basis.
