Job Description
We are currently looking for for Receptionist / Front Office Executive:
- Attending phone calls and forwarding to the concerned.
- Receiving calls from Customers and transferring to the concerned department.
- Guiding Visitors in reception area to meet the concerned.
- Calls to be responded within acceptable limits.
- Maintaining the reception clean and up keeping of entire office premise
- Arranging Travel tickets, Checking the Invoice travelled / cancelled to process for payment. / Cabs / for all the Sales employees in South and maintaining travel booking sheet. Booking Hotel / Banquet Halls / Guest House accommodation for the employees.
- Sending letters to all hotels and negotiate for Corporate Discounts for the stay of our employees.
- Maintaining the database of the same and follow up for renewal.
- Verifying bills - Travel bills, Cab Bill, and Courier bills etc., for payments
