Job Description

Job Duties:

To manage the reception desk of the company and greet visitors and solve their queries.
To Handle the Visitors & Phone calls in a professional manner.
To Manage the Control the stock of stationery being used for an office.
To allocate work to office assistants after inter-departmental co-ordination along with the Proper distribution of Inward / outward documents, Emails without missing any documents/mails.
To order stationery and office housekeeping items on time and in given budgets.
To assist Director in letter drafting.
Daily Report of Inward purchase bills to Purchase Dept and weekly report of Inward purchase bills to purchase dept.

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, Understanding of Office Decorum & Administration.
