Job Description
- Receiving/ Screening/ Answering and forwarding the calls.
- Maintaining call register for both local and international calls.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients.
- Direct visitors/vendors and persons to correct destination in consultation with concerned person.
- Arranging couriers/Inward/Outward letters, maintaining the record and distribution.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and enhancing the image of the company.
- Manage the front desk, prepare correspondence and documents as required.
- Schedule appointments for senior staff.
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Preparing and distributing the Gates Pass.
- Maintaining the records for different types of Gate Passes.
- Executive Support to Directors.
- Be a top class image presenter of company to clients, customer and outside world
- Excellent communication skills - Both written & verbal
- Well groomed & presentable
- Experience - 1 to 6 years as front desk executive
- Well versed with EPBAX system
