Job Description
The receptionist is responsible for building the image of the school. Being the first point of contact for any prospective parent is virtually the face of the school.
- Receptionist should welcome guests with a smiling face and polite and helping words
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Helping in Admission process
- Helping understanding the Queries, Complaints and forwarding them to the right resource
- Possess adequate knowledge of the school’s curriculum-academic and co-scholastic
- Keep updated about any changes in school policy
