We are hiring a receptionist for Aarogya health and wellness pvt..ltd is a health center in Gurgaon, timing 9 am - 6pm,

Responsibilities:

Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Maintains the reception area and waiting room. These areas should to be tidy at all times.

Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information

Proficient data entry

Proper patient check-in process

Checks multiple electronic verification systems to verify current health insurance coverage.

Referrals coordination (in and out)

Co-pay and account balance collections. Maintain daily log of monies. Prepare end of day statements.

Managing a high volume phone. Checking voicemails, emails and faxes

Assist clinical staff with chart preparation

Scanning

Faxing
