Job Summary:
The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive and positive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors, and staff members.
- Manage Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle Mail and Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations within the office.
