Experience: Fresher & Exp
Gender : Only Female candidate require
Eligibility criteria: Good appearance & Good English/Tamil speaking and written
Communication skills.
Location: Kodambakkam
Job type : Full Time
Salary Range : 8k to 15k (Depending upon performance and talent.)
Interested candidates can walk-in to our office directly between 10.30 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
-
Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm, professional attitude.

Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the front office area at all times.

Ensure that reception is staffed at all times during working hours.
2. Phone and Email Handling
-
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Route calls to the appropriate staff members or take messages when necessary.

Respond to general inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate and helpful information.

Screen unsolicited or irrelevant calls and ensure important calls are prioritized.
3. Visitor and Access Control
-
Maintain a visitor logbook or digital visitor management system.

Issue visitor passes or ID cards where required.

Ensure compliance with all visitor protocols and security procedures.

Inform relevant employees of visitors’ arrival in a timely manner.
4. Appointment and Meeting Coordination
-
Manage meeting room bookings and maintain availability schedules.
-
Notify team members of their appointments and meetings in advance.
-
Provide support for meetings such as arranging refreshments, setting up rooms, or preparing documents.
5. Mail and Courier Services
-
Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
-
Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate with courier services for pickups.

Track important or confidential packages and ensure proper documentation.
6. Administrative Support
-
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Assist various departments with administrative needs and document preparation.

Maintain and update internal contact lists, extension numbers, and directories.

Manage inventory of front desk and office supplies; reorder when necessary.
