Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and energetic female/male receptionist with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and should create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. This position requires strong communication abilities, computer knowledge, professionalism, and a willingness to assist with routine operations and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner

Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system

Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times

Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as required

Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services

Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars when necessary

Coordinate with different departments to assist staff with administrative or operational issues

Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, filing, scanning, and document preparation

Monitor reception-related inventory and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked

Handle minor issues or escalate problems to the concerned department appropriately

Maintain confidentiality and display discretion when handling sensitive information

Contribute to a positive working environment by being cooperative, well-mannered, and proactive

Appearance & Personality: Presentable, well-groomed, energetic, with a pleasant and professional demeanor

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language

Soft Skills: Polite, patient, empathetic, calm under pressure, and confident in dealing with various types of people

Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email handling, basic data entry, and internet browsing

Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities at the front desk while supporting backend operations

Problem-Solving: Able to assist other staff with routine issues and offer support when required

Behavior: Well-behaved, respectful, disciplined, and cooperative with clients and colleagues alike

Punctuality: Must be reliable, regular, and punctual in attendance

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners)
