Job Description

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at the front desk.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
  • Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate with OPD, diagnostic, and billing departments for patient flow.
  • Maintain patient records, reports, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Support administrative and front-office tasks as assigned.
