Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel.

Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
2. Visitor Coordination:
-
Log visitor details and issue visitor passes according to company security protocols.

Notify relevant employees of guest arrivals and assist in coordinating meeting room bookings.

Provide directions or basic information to guests about the office, facilities, or services.
3. Administrative Support:
-
Manage daily correspondence, emails, and deliveries.

Handle document printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing as needed.

Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
4. Mail & Courier Handling:
-
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.

Coordinate outgoing couriers and maintain a log of postal dispatches.
5. Office Coordination:
-
Monitor and order office supplies such as stationery, visitor passes, and refreshments.

Liaise with maintenance staff or vendors for repair or servicing of office equipment when required.

Support internal departments with small administrative projects or tasks.
6. Record Keeping & Data Entry:
-
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, staff directories, and office inventory.

Update internal contact lists and assist with HR or admin documentation when requested.
