WANTED MARRIED LADY RECEIPTIONIST FOR  AUTOMOBILE SHOWROOM

PLACE    KADAPA, KADAPA DIST, AP

SALARY Rs 13,000/-

INCENTIVE 0-12,000/- AS PER PERFORMANCE

TIMINGS 9.30 AM TO 6 PM   (LUNCHBREAK 1.30-2.30)

AGE 20-30 YRS (1995 to 2005)

MARRIED LADIES ONLY

QUALIFICATION   INTERMEDIATE             

EXPERIENCE NIL

MUST KNOW TYPING IN ENGLISH, MS OFFICE, SHOULD UNDERSTAND ENGLISH

LOCALS & EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES PREFERRED.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.

  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and professional at all times.

  • Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor logs or sign-in sheets according to security protocols.

  • Provide directions and information about the company’s services, facilities, and staff.

2. Telephone and Communication Handling

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.

  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipients.

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide clear, helpful responses.

  • Coordinate with various departments to relay messages and information efficiently.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for company executives or departments.

  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring availability and preparation.

  • Send reminders and follow-up communications to clients and internal teams.

4. Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

  • Assist in preparing and distributing company communications, brochures, and materials.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Support other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

5. Coordination and Team Support

  • Coordinate with security personnel, maintenance, and other facility management teams.

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Support human resources with onboarding processes and visitor management.

  • Help manage travel arrangements or accommodation for visiting clients or staff when required.
