Answering phone inquiries and providing customer service

Updating member information in the database

Assisting with marketing and promotional activities

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Assisting with the maintenance of gym equipment

Assisting with the ordering of supplies and inventory

Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues

Providing general administrative support as needed
