Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a polite demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment. The receptionist is the face of the company and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, partners, and employees.
- Qualification :; 12th or Any Degree
- Experience : Fresher / Experience
- Job Location : Mambalam & Nanganallur
Responsibility:
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with good organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office phone systems.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities.
