Essential: Three years full time Degree from a recognized University with minimum 60%marks for General and OBC Candidates and minimum aggregate 58% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Desirable: (a) Additional qualification in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism/Social Work (b) Basic Computer knowledge – Diploma in Computer Applications from Govt. recognized Institute (c) Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi & English.

Minimum of 60% aggregate marks for General and OBC candidates and 2. Minimum of 55% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates. (Wherever CGPA is applicable, please provide a copy of documents indicating the method of conversion of CGPA into percentage followed in the University/Institution from where Degree has been awarded)
Remuneration : Rs.15000 for 1st year, Rs.16000 for 2nd year and Rs.17000 for 3rd year.
