Handle front desk and calls in a Fitness Center.
Assist in office works.
Tele calling .
Attendance maintenance .
Greets everyone with pleasant attitude.
Go getter in getting things done.
Marketing will be commission based.
Greeting and checking in members and guests
Answering phone inquiries and providing customer service
Scheduling appointments and classes
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with membership sales and renewals
Updating member information in the database
Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Assisting with the maintenance of gym equipment
Assisting with the ordering of supplies and inventory
Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues
Providing general administrative support as needed
