Salary Slab : 12000-18000 / Monthly
Time & Day : 11-07 pm & Mon -Sat
Job Location : Atghara
Mandatory : Communication English / EXCEL KNOWLEDGE 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a pleasant, organized, and efficient Receptionist / Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk management, greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

This role requires excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Freshers with good communication and presentation are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

  • Maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Ensure guests are attended to quickly and directed to the appropriate person or department.

2. Call Handling:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Provide basic information to callers and handle inquiries efficiently.

  • Take and relay accurate messages when required.

3. Visitor Management:

  • Maintain visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and inform the concerned staff about the visitor's arrival.

  • Follow visitor security and verification protocols as per company policy.

4. Office Administration Support:

  • Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and document management.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory, monitor usage, and coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment.

  • Assist with maintaining records of courier dispatches, inward/outward letters, and packages.

5. Meeting Room Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage the availability of conference rooms for meetings.

  • Assist in setting up rooms with basic refreshments or equipment as needed.

  • Ensure meeting areas are clean and ready for use.

6. Staff and HR Support (as applicable):

  • Assist HR or Admin departments in arranging interviews and onboarding of new employees.

  • Maintain and update employee contact details, ID cards, or attendance records if required.

  • Help with internal communication to staff regarding holidays, events, or announcements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Minimum: 12th pass or equivalent

    • Preferred: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc.)

  • Experience:

    • Prefer experience in a receptionist, front office, or office assistant role

    • Freshers with good communication and basic system knowledge are welcome

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English and regional/local language

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work on a computer

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Pleasant and professional appearance and behavior

  • Telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly
